How to cool: Wrap the eye pillow in a towel and freeze it for one to two hours, or leave it overnight.

How to heat: Remove the insert from the cover and microwave the eye pillow for 25 seconds, then heat it in 10-second increments until it reaches the desired temperature. Always touch to test the temperature before use. (Shake bag in between heating cycles to disperce heat evenly)

Cleaning instructions for the insert: Spot-clean the fabric with mild soap and a wet washcloth. Do not soak or submerge insert into water. Lay it flat to dry.

Cleaning instructions for the removable cover: Remove the cover from the insert and wash it in a garment bag on a delicate/low spin cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or allow to air dry.
